Hi, my name is Deborah Frawley. I am the owner of Gem’s Virtual Office and your Virtual Assistant. I’m a single mom to two great teenagers. We live in Williamson New York which is located on Lake Ontario in western New York. The town which is located in the middle of apple country is easily accessible to both Rochester and Syracuse.

"Gem" is a nickname I was given years ago from a former co-worker, who considered me a Gem of a friend, co-worker and person. I would also like to be known as a Gem in the world of Virtual Assisting. I believe that personality as well as trust is very important when working with others. Your privacy is also very important to me and you can rest assured that any information we share will stay strictly within this office.

Over the past 20 years I have been an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant and a Customer Service Representative. I have worked in several different types of business’s including an accounting office for small business and restaurants, a telecommunications company, convenience store offices and dental offices. I enjoy and excel in all aspects of managing a small business office.


I hold an AAS in Business and Office Management and constantly continue to improve on my education and skills with online training courses and continuing education. I have worked with QuickBooks for the past 15 years and I'm proud to say I am a QuickBooks Certified User. I consider myself a quick study, an independent worker, great multi-tasker and I absolutely love a challenge.
